Crochet Weather Blanket – CAL – 7th Week

This is how our crocheted blanket looks after 7 weeks. If you have no idea what this is about, you can read it in the Pattern to Crochet a Weather Blanket nachlesen.

7th Week of Crocheting a Weather Blanket

The 7th week of the year is gone and in terms of weather is still no improvement in sight. According to some predictions, it will even get really cold again. Well, there were a few warmer days, but if that stays that way? See for yourself!

43rd Day of Crocheting a Weather Blanket

It is only 4 ° C and the sky remains cloudy. With that, there are doing single crochet stitches in white again today.

44th Day of Crocheting a Weather Blanket

Today it is really sunny again, but the thermometer only manages to reach 5 ° C. Not the world, but at least, I’m allowed to do the sun pattern in purple again. Even though purple is not one of my favourite colours, I find it quite pleasant as a change from white.Wetterdecke häkeln - CAL - 7 Wochen

45th Day of Crocheting a Weather Blanket

It stays sunny, but the thermometer drops again to 4 ° C. I suspect bad and crochet the sun pattern today in white.

46th Day of Crocheting a Weather Blanket

It was not that bad after all. It is only 3 ° C, but it flocks very fine from the sky. I crochet my beloved snow pattern in white. You can say what you want, but that always looks great!

47th Day of Crocheting a Weather Blanket

New day New luck! Today it’s true, because it´s not only the sun, also the temperature rises even to 7 ° C! I crochet the sun pattern in purple.

48th Day of Crocheting a Weather Blanket

Yesterday I was still happy and today it is already icy 4 ° C and gloomy. I crochet single crochet stitches for the covered pattern in white.

49th Day of Crocheting a Weather Blanket

Menno! It just does not get better, again 4 ° C and overcast. That means single crochet stitches in white. For this week it will be enough. I hope it gets better in the next week and the ugly icy weather is spared us!Wetterdecke häkeln - CAL - Zwischenstand 7 Wochen

Projection for the Weather Blanket

Then let’s see if our weather cover has increased diligently this week. My blanket now weighs 664g and is now 32cm high. To cuddle it is not enough, but it has already become a real bundle of joy. For 49 days, the factor is 7.4 and thus results in 4914g and 237cm length for the whole weather blanket. Slowly the values settle down nicely and it will not be long before you can cuddle up yourself nicely while crocheting!
